Currently a VP of acquisitions and development of Treeline Companies. Bryce is responsible for Treeline's portfolio expansion to the Southeast. To date, he has acquired over 150 acres of land to be developed either as industrial or age restricted multifamily and over 200K sq ft of existing industrial properties.

While finding properties to acquires for Treeline, Bryce found an opportunity in the Southeast for Industrial Outdoor Storage with the "Great Migration" in the sunbelt states. Bryce brings three years of acquisitions ranging from single tenant net lease retail to Manhattan office building conversions.
